Frost / Nixon

Juicelog Sat 030207: Joined Wantsome, Andrew and Timbalina at the Gielgud for the last showing of Frost/Nixon. Thoroughly enjoyed this play about how David Frost and President Nixon fight to revive their flagging careers. The whole thing grips you from start to finish. Peter Morgan does a good job of building up the antagonists culminating in that tense power struggle during that infamous interview. After the play we popped into the fifth floor of Waterstone’s (in Piccadilly) for some luscious cocktails.
