Berlin – Day Two

Juicelog Fri 060707: After getting to Alexanderplatz we hopped onto the 100 bus taking in the sights. Spotting the Reichstag we jumped off immediately and queued for what seemed like an eternity to get into the building. A lift took us to the rooftop offering us a nice panoramic view of the surrounding area. At the top of the spectacular glass dome building you are able to lie down and experience the clouds going past.

Larma tried to sniff my slinky right shoulder (for any traces of remaining weekend partying) by pretending to be asleep on the journey back home. To make up for our very German tourist lunch this afternoon we went to an Italian place for a delicious cocktail dinner tonight. Frustratingly the menus were all in German and so we relied upon Christian to the translating for us.
