Juicelog Tuesday 310707: Went down with Nick New to join Danny and Martial for the bolshoi ballet’s version of Le Corsaire tonight at the ENO’s Coliseum.
It was a fairly full on three hour production which got a bit tough for me to follow half way through the second interval. For my first ballet I enjoyed the colourfulness of the whole thing (pirates, harems and some interesting stage props). It was entertaining even though at one point the stage felt a bit squashed with the sheer size number of dancers on stage.
