Juicelog Fri 140308: Dirtying up my speckless passport with some new stamps, I ventured up to Nothing-ham to see Pudz. After hearing all the hype about Iberico, I finally made it tonight for a meal tonight. Tucked beneath the galleries of justice is where you will find this trendy basement restaurant which serves up divine amazing Spanish fusion food termed World Tapas. Fingering items on every page of the menu we consumed:
- Saddle of rabbit served with mushrooms
- A selection of Spanish hams (Lomo, Serrano, Chorizo, Salchichon and sourdough bread with honey truffle)
- Albondigas (meatballs)
- Potatas Bravas
- Soft shelled crab
- Toasted raisin bread with vanilla ice cream and pedro ximinez.
As thoroughly as I relished my meal, the only reason why I ventured up to Nottingham was of course to hang out with Pudz.
