Dinner at Chris BA's

Juicelog Fri 310807: Swung round the corner round to Chris BA’s flat in South Ealing. He cooked us a delicious roast lamb shank served up with roast potatoes, roast parsnips, asparagus and French beans.

Two new things I got introduced to tonight was Magners cider which really rocked my taste buds. Absolutely fruitylicious. And the second was his new and amusing blond beau (Darren) who had a very astounding of celebrity gossip and TV knowledge.

My Mate’s Date

Juicelog Monday 270809: Tagged along with Ross to meet up with his 20yo twinky date. Apart from myself I also called for external back up from Danny, Martial, Robbie and Marvin. Dell (his date) turned up and was very quiet at first but after a couple of drinks and evaporated ketelar he got more rowdy than the adults.

Gradually the group started to disintegrate as the evening sky got darker. Whittling it down to the last four contestants we popped into that club on the corner where Ross met the love of his life (a Brazilian by the name of Igor). Looks like my liver is going to get the holiday it deserves.

F.I.L.F (Fathers I would Like to Funk)

Juicelog Sun 260807: Consumed a large dosage of Pimms this afternoon with Ross and just managed to make it into the West End for last orders. With my powers zapped, I decided that I would take a CEO styled petit 20 minute siesta on the Northern Line tube. I awoke from my power nap and got hauled into the 2 sewers by Ross.

Halfway through the evening I met a 30yo cutie by the name of Jamie. Sixth tenths of the way through the evening I was impressed by the rhythm of his hips. Eight twelfths of the evening I discovered his lips were even better than his hips. Three quarters of the way through the evening I found out he had a 16yo daughter. Ninth tenths of the evening I discovered he had just turned 31 and at the end of the evening I understood what it meant to be a FILF.

Soho Pride 07

Juicelog Sun 190807: Whilst waiting for mister sunshine to show us his shiny bits, we warmed ourselves with a few drinks round Robbie’s place. Here is my last dose of mega gayness this year.

Stark Dallas Naked

Juicelog Thurs 160707: Cindy, Eleanor, the Larma and myself saw the amusing and comical Stark Dallas Naked at Soho Theatre tonight. If you remixed the original Dallas series and blended it up with some David Wantsome, Timberlina and Jonny Woo humour, then the end result is what Stark Dallas Naked is. Having a basic awareness of the original series helps to appreciate this entertaining little sketch.

The whole thing starts off with introducing the three main characters of JR, Sue-Ellen and Pam and then slowly introduces the gags which are repeated throughout the show. Halfway through they chuck in a bit of Golden Girls utilising some of the Dallas characterisations introduced at the beginning. Best parts for me was the poppers sex scene and the Pam puns. Catch it whilst you can!

Went along to say hello to Hotel Stanley (Larma's mate) who was performing at the Candy Bar tonight. They did this short act of dressing up as cowboy drag kings miming along to pop tunes in the style of drag queens. Ended my night by popping in quickly for a brief boogie at Discotec at The End.

Brighton Pride 2007

Juicelog Sat 040807: A chaotic start to the day when we arrived at Victoria station and saw the enormous ticket queues. This was soon rectified when we found out about the ticket conductors hidden away behind the ticket machines and queues. Skipped the first train as the eleven of us wanted a seat. Caught the 11:27am Pride Express down to Brighton gulping down our bottles of champers on the journey down.

Glimpsed 2 minutes of the parade on the way to Matt’s flat. After updating our outfits, sorting out our hair and freshening up our nostrils we bopped along to Preston Park. Ross ended up with a couple of stitches in his head after we caught up with him in the evening.

Brighton Pride is one of the highlights on the homo calendar and is growing bigger and bigger each year. I’m not too sure how long it can sustain itself on a free basis. Let’s hope it doesn’t head in the same corporate direction as London.
